What does being a member of Faith In Motion mean?
1. You agree to support our mission and vision.
2. Your membership increases our influence in improving transit service.
3. We keep you informed about opportunities for coalition activities.
4. While we welcome your involvement and financial donations, neither is required for membership.
What is the structure of Faith In Motion?
It’s very informal. Most decisions are made at monthly Steering Committee meetings, which anyone can attend. Any matter that needs more consideration is posted in the monthly minutes and brought up again at the next meeting after members have had a chance to think and pray about the issue.
How is Faith In Motion funded?
Contributions from religious communities and private donors pay for printed materials, postage costs and other day-to-day expenses. Disability Network/Lakeshore administrates the funds.
