Eastern Ottawa Community Change Study:
UPDATE – We have completed phase 1 of our study which focuses on individuals with unmet transit needs in Eastern Ottawa County. We collected over 450 unmet transportation need surveys and conducted over 30 one on one interviews. This information will be used as we being work in phase 2 on how to effectively communicate this needs to stakeholders in the community. A final report of phase 1 will be available in February. Please see our transportation page for a full summary of this study.

Allegan County Community Change Study:
UPDATE – We are in the process of wrapping up phase 1 of our study in which we use two research methods, online surveys and focus groups, to understand the different perceptions community stakeholders have in regards to unmet transportation needs. We have completed the online survey process with over 150 stakeholder responses. During the month of January, we are holding 6 regional focus groups for stakeholders to come together and share their perceptions with one another. A final report of phase 1 will be available in February at which time phase 2, analysis of individuals with unmet transit needs, will begin. Please see our transportation page for a full summary of this study.
