Are you looking for a quick, easy, no-bake snack idea that will provide energy and nutrition during the day? Well, look no further. This “Cooking with Kristin” class will show you how to make nutritious and easy NO BAKE snacks with many pantry staples that you may already have in your home!
The recipe calls for:
- Peanut butter (or any type of nut butter that you prefer)
- Quick oats or old-fashion oats (use what you have!)
- Sea Salt (optional)
- Flaxseed (optional)
- Chi seed (optional)
Be creative and make it your own:
- Dried fruits (blueberries, raisins, dried cranberries, etc)
- Chocolate!!! (chocolate chips, M&M’s, peanut butter chips)
- Sunflower seeds
- Anything that you may enjoy
